Q: What do you like best about training?

A: I love to challenge myself and see the results of hard work and discipline.

Q: What is your favorite body part to train?

A: Chest and abs.

Q: What is your favorite food?

A: My morning oatmeal concoction. I also have a weakness for licorice.

Q: What do you like best about competing?

A: I like the challenge that gets me there. I enjoy achieving my goals, for my body and my mind. The thought of getting on stage in a suit scares the life out of me but being able to do it is priceless.

Q: Training advice for others?

A: Rate your workouts from 1-10; always shoot for a 10 that way you know you've given your best. Also get to the gym even when you don't feel like it-those usually end up being my best training days.

Q: How has PAC helped you achieve your fitness goals?

A: PAC has been my second home for the past 15 or so years. As I continue to grow as a an athlete PAC continues to accommodate my needs, from the weight room to aerobics and one of my favorites is the blue room where I can be creative with my workouts. Most important is the family environment they provide and the daycare which has great hours and wonderful help. My kids beg me to go to the gym!
