| Originally from Japan, I graduated college and began working as an aerobics instructor and trainer. I loved it so much that I started competing in bodybuilding competitions. Soon after that it became apparent to me that I had found my "calling" in life. From then on I dedicated myself to bringing fitness and wellness into the lives of others. In 1996 I moved to the U.S. and began to learn English. I loved the challenge of starting a new life, learning a new language and living in this wonderful country. Here's a little about my Training Philosophy & Routine: First, I'll ask my clients what they want to accomplish. I highlight 12 steps to help each client understand what is needed to help them reach their personal goals. Then, I do a cardio test and a body fat test to further customize each clients training regimen. Finally we explore the clients lifestyle, schedule, goals and current health condition - then I'm ready to develop the personalized training routine for that person. Why someone should use you for a Personal Trainer? Personal Trainers know where to start and when to proceed to the next step/level. You and your Trainer will share in the hard work and improvements. Your Trainer is there with the technical and mental support when you most need it. Your Fitness Goals are My Goals.... Noriko Higginbotham - Personal Trainer |
